We showed out on Blackout Night this past Saturday, taking down our rivals the Long Beach Blue Waves 111-99!
It was a hard-fought battle, but we pulled away in the 4th quarter thanks to a monster night from Bonard Johnson Jr. (36 points, 5 assists) and 27 from captain Deion Davis.It was also a dominating performance from TBL All-Star Kam Rooks, who put up 15 points and 20 rebounds.
That win gave us a major lead in the Southwest Division as there are just 3 home games left before the playoffs begin!Then on Sunday, we handled business against the West Coast Breeze, fueled once again by Kam’s double-double (23 pts, 15 reb).
