The Sharks continued their winning ways on the road in Los Angeles against the South Bay Flash on Sunday, rolling to a 122-115 win. John Rich and Deion Davis poured in a combined 62 points to power the Sharks to their 4th win in a row. Point Guards Ced McGinnis and Micah Bradford chipped in 18 and 17 points to round out a well-balanced attack that left the Flash searching for answers on defense.
“Our guys really executed well on the offensive end. It’s good to be back in third place after a rocky stretch, but we know we have a lot more work to do and our guys are locked in on our goals for this season,” said Head Coach Brandon Cheeks. “Now we need to focus on these big games this weekend with Long Beach and South bay.”
Now in sole possession of third place in the Western Division, the Sharks look to close the gap on Long Beach this Friday night in Long Beach before finally returning home for a rematch with the South Bay Flash on Sunday afternoon at Mira Mesa High School.
